Dr. Mubashir Hassan is a researcher and university teacher with a PhD from the University of Versailles, France, specializing in network optimization and Quality of Service enhancement. He has held key roles at EDF, Renault, and Société Générale, leading major IT and security projects, including autonomous vehicle technology.

He has published extensively, served as a PhD thesis reviewer, and contributed to international IoT conferences. As Treasurer of Muslim Hands France, he oversees education, healthcare, and clean water projects in 37 countries, including supporting over 300 schools and securing PKR 48 million for the NUST Endowment Fund. As IT & Media Counselor/Executive Membersof TOSP, he contributes his technological expertise to support digital initiatives and strategic projects aimed at raising awareness and addressing obesity in Pakistan.
